Individual Supervision
Clinical Supervision is the process of two or more professionals formally meeting to reflect and review clinical situations with the aim of supporting the clinician in their professional environment. The objectives are to create a confidential, safe and supportive environment, to critically reflect on professional practice. I believe in helping supervisees identify their own strengths and ways to use the strengths when working with others and clinical areas. The goal of the developmental model is to guide and teach as you move through your professional development process.
Group Supervision
Group supervision is when 2-3 clinicians participate in a clinical supervision process. This shared experience will provide you with feedback and guidance in a trusting, supportive and confidential environment. The developmental model has a focus on the developmental and educative components to support your continued growth. Through this process, it will enhance your behavioral health practice and increase your self-awareness.

My scope of practice includes a wide range of clinical issues. My areas of clinical focus are adults and families with issues from Generalized Anxiety, Major Depression, Grief & Loss, Relationship issues, Workplace and career transitions, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Women’s issues, Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorder, Veteran's issues, LGBTQ individuals and their families and mood disorders.
